Paid hourly, with overtime paid.\nYou will be paid your travel time door to door, on top of your contracted and overtime hours.\nCompany van provided, with fuel card issued.\n To be responsible for supervising electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards\n Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project’s quality plan and inspection and test plans\n To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment and to be empowered to stop work should unsafe circumstances arise\n To coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices\n Promote and demonstrate the Bridges’ values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients\n Promote positive health and well-being amongst their peer\n To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company’s positive reputation.\n Requirements\n ECS gold card (essential)\n SSSTS / SMSTS (essential)\n Experience as an Electrical Supervisor, site managing electrical projects.\n Experience within water / heavy industrial industries\n Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification\n Fit to work medical (can be completed upon starting employment).\n Desirable\n PASMA / IPAF\n Confined space\n COMPEX\n EUSR water hygiene\n Thames water passport\n Inspection and testing certification.\n Benefits\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR BRIDGES\nRoSPA Gold Medal winner, Bridges - is an excellent company to work for and a great place to develop your career.
