Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and navigating challenges to achieve outstanding results.\nThe Role\nContracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday.\nManagement of staff and subcontractors working on assigned projects\nTaking responsibility for the health & safety of self and all under your control, completion of RAMS.\nCreation and management of the appropriate Project Documentation and control of project expenditure within a monthly project reporting structure\nClose liaison and management of the Client and other stakeholders as appropriate\nProactively manage the impact on and protection of the environment.\nRequirements\nEssential\nCDM Awareness (ideally SSSTS or SMSTS)\nCSCS card\nIndustry Based qualifications (NVQ/C&G)\nDriving licence\nIndustrial engineering experience - ie water industry, MEICA, civils\nExperience in the design and delivery of projects\nExperience in managing CDM sites and working on CDM sites\nCapable of effectively managing more than one project at any one time, depending on complexity\nCapable of effectively managing teams, including employees and subcontractors\nUnderstanding of project governance procedures and commercial aspects of projects\nSound knowledge of H&S legislation and regulations\nDesirable\nHNC / HND level qualifications \nSite experience is essential, currently or previously in a supervisory site role or Project engineer role.\nSouthern Water Experience is desirable but not essential.\nBenefits\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR BRIDGES\nRoSPA Gold Medal winner, Bridges - is an excellent company to work for and a great place to develop your career.
