This position is responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, and shipping of tires and related materials and equipment.Responsibilities\nThese responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLoads, unloads, checks and tallies tires to and from carriers [trailer trucks]\nStores tires in assigned warehouse locations.\nSelects, packs, weighs, marks, palletizes tires of customer orders and places in the assigned staging areas bin locator system.\nChecks and verifies accuracy of selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting of tires for customer orders.\nOperates reach truck, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment in the execution of duties. Ensures safety guidelines are met in operating the equipment.\nPerforms required counting, tallying and marking on related inventory control documents.\nParticipates in cycle and/or annual physical inventories.\nEnsures safety guidelines are met by the proper palletizing, re-palletizing, and restacking of tires.\nPerforms other miscellaneous warehouse-related and safety duties.\nMaintain compliance with procedures and policies\nThis will be a third shift position M-F 9:30 pm - 6:00 am\nThe pay range for the position is $24.97 - $28.28 with $24.97 being the entry wage.\nMinimum Qualifications\nTypically requires a high school degree; or 1-2 year vocational training / associates degree\nAt Bridgestone, you are Free to Be\nWe believe people can only provide superior service and quality to others when they feel safe bringing their chosen version of themselves to work.
