Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated night-shift Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team in Abilene, TX.Pay:\nStarting pay $22.95/hour with guaranteed progression increases.\nAutomatic pay increases at regular intervals-every 3 to 6 months-and progressing to\n$28.14/hr in 24 months\nTenure-based pay steps at 5 and 10 years to reward long-term commitment.\nSpecialized roles available, offering even higher earning potential up to $31.66/hour\nShift Premiums available\nAdditional Incentive for Perfect Attendance\nLong-Term Bonus Program\n• Paid Weekly\nResponsibilities\nJob Responsibilities:\nA focus on Safety First, Always!\nSet up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment\nMove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods\nMonitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products\nMaintain accurate daily production records\nOther duties as assigned\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting requirements may be up to 130 lbs. on an occasional basis.
