Because who you are is what we need.\nJob Category\nRetailPosition Summary\nAs an exempt leadership role, Store Managers are expected to maintain a flexible schedule that supports the needs of the business. This position typically requires 40+ hours per week, generally across five days, including weekends. Additional hours may be required based on staffing levels, customer demand, store performance, and overall business needs.Pay Range: $55,170.00 - $93,780.00 \n\nBridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices.
