You’ll play a pivotal role in building long-lasting partnerships, collaborating with our aggregator partners, and providing expert guidance on loan structures to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. If you’re relationship-focused, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.\nWhat you’ll do\nRelationship Management:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.\n\nCollaborate with aggregator partners to maximise opportunities and ensure alignment on mutual goals.\n\nSales Excellence:\nProvide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures, acting as a trusted advisor to brokers.\n\nRepresent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions, showcasing our value proposition and expanding our network.\n\nPerformance & Reporting:\nAchieve settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.\n\nTrack and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.\n\nCollaboration & Teamwork:\nPartner with internal teams to streamline processes, improve the broker experience, and deliver on client needs.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nDemonstrated background in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the broker industry.\n\nStrong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.\n\nA relationship first mindset with the ability to build and nurture meaningful partnerships.\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in group presentations.\n\nCollaborative and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver outcomes.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\nA current non-restrictive Australian Driver’s License is required.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBridgit values its team, they are the heart of how we build this business.
