Bridgit is an Australian property finance company helping people buy their next home using property equity.

About Us

Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property equity. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution - empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we're making property finance seamless and stress-free.

We're now five years old and making huge strides. We've accredited over three-quarters of Australia's broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia's largest aggregators - Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group - and we're just getting started.

Our momentum has been recognised with awards including Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, the 2025 Finder People's Choice Award for Lending Innovation, Deloitte's Tech Fast 50 2025, and a place among LinkedIn's Top 20 Startups in Australia 2025.

The difference you’ll make

We are seeking a Broker Marketing Manager to join our broker marketing team, delivering campaigns across Bridgit’s partner ecosystem that build our presence in the broker market and drive commercial value for our aggregator and industry partners.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing the broker marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams, including sales, BDMs and product, as well as external partners, to deliver the initiatives that grow broker awareness, engagement and submissions. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, requiring strong campaign management, commercial judgement and the ability to turn bridging and equity release finance into initiatives brokers genuinely engage with. You’ll deliver broker activity through our CRM and use performance insights to keep improving what we run.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute broker campaigns and co-marketing initiatives, including EDMs, articles, landing pages and digital assets, tailored to each partner’s audience.

  • Deliver co-branded campaigns with aggregator and industry partners across white label and non-white label channels, aligning timing and objectives within partner brand guidelines.

  • Develop broker-facing initiatives, such as product guides, use case campaigns, scenario promotions and thought leadership, that build broker confidence and position Bridgit as the go-to fintech lender.

  • Manage broker communications through our CRM, from building, scheduling and QA’ing sends to managing lists and segmentation.

  • Deliver partner events and trade activity, covering logistics, invitations, signage, presentation support and follow-up that converts attendance into pipeline.

  • Maintain partner and broker collateral, ensuring materials support active campaigns and stay current.

  • Turn competitor intelligence and broker insights into campaign ideas that sharpen our positioning.

  • Track partner campaign performance via CRM data, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and refining activity to lift results.

Your skills and experience

  • 3-4 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, lending or the mortgage broking industry.

  • Experience working with aggregator, channel or industry partners, including co-branded or white label marketing.

  • A portfolio demonstrating strong B2B writing across formats, including email, articles, web, collateral and social.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical subject matter, such as bridging and equity release finance, without losing accuracy.

  • Experience building and sending email communications through a CRM or marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.

  • Experience working with stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners, to brief, review and refine creative assets.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines simultaneously.
