About Us
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property equity. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution - empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we're making property finance seamless and stress-free.
We're now five years old and making huge strides. We've accredited over three-quarters of Australia's broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia's largest aggregators - Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group - and we're just getting started.
Our momentum has been recognised with awards including Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, the 2025 Finder People's Choice Award for Lending Innovation, Deloitte's Tech Fast 50 2025, and a place among LinkedIn's Top 20 Startups in Australia 2025.
The difference you'll make:
We’re looking for a Product Associate to join Bridgit’s fast-growing Experience team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about solving customer problems, creating great digital experiences, and eager to make an impact in a high-growth fintech.
Working across our customer and broker experiences, you’ll help shape and deliver intuitive digital journeys that make it easier for people to interact with Bridgit, from exploring and understanding our products through to applying for and managing their loan.
What you’ll do:
Support solution design by creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories that turn high-level concepts into intuitive, scoped, developer-ready features.
Help design and improve end-to-end customer and broker journeys across Bridgit’s digital experiences, with a focus on making complex processes simple and easy to use.
Contribute to an iterative delivery approach by helping break down larger pieces of work into smaller, self-contained components, so each release delivers real value.
Work with Product Managers to track ideas, feature requests, and improvements across the roadmap, and help scope new initiatives into actionable tasks with clear timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders to keep product delivery on track.
Help translate customer feedback, user behaviour, and internal insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Perform testing and QA activities, executing test scenarios, identifying bugs, edge cases, and usability gaps, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating fixes with the development squad to ensure a polished, high-quality user experience at launch.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, usability, and efficiency across our digital journeys, and help scope and deliver the changes.
Maintain organised product documentation, keeping tools like Jira or Notion up to date with relevant tasks, project notes, and development progress.
Advocate for the customer and broker perspective across all stages of development, helping the team stay focused on solving real user problems.
Support the rollout of new features to the business, coordinating internal communications, training materials, and stakeholder updates to ensure a smooth handover to operational teams.
What we’re looking for:
3-5 years of experience in a product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar role (or a strong track record of transferable experience).
A strong interest in customer experience, UX, and building intuitive digital products.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
A proactive, can-do attitude, natural curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity. You pick things up quickly and aren't afraid to dive into something unfamiliar.
Interest in technology and product development. You don't need to be technical, but you enjoy working with technical teams and quickly picking up new tools.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to think through customer journeys, edge cases, and how different parts of an experience fit together.
Comfortable using customer feedback, product analytics, and data to understand problems and inform decisions.
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Figma, or product analytics tools like LogRocket.
Experience creating wireframes, process flows, prototypes, or mapping customer journeys.
Experience working on customer-facing digital products, portals, apps, or self-service experiences.
Exposure to mortgage lending or regulated financial services.
