This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about solving customer problems, creating great digital experiences, and eager to make an impact in a high-growth fintech.\nWorking across our customer and broker experiences, you’ll help shape and deliver intuitive digital journeys that make it easier for people to interact with Bridgit, from exploring and understanding our products through to applying for and managing their loan.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport solution design by creating process flows, wireframes, and user stories that turn high-level concepts into intuitive, scoped, developer-ready features.\n\nHelp design and improve end-to-end customer and broker journeys across Bridgit’s digital experiences, with a focus on making complex processes simple and easy to use.\n\nContribute to an iterative delivery approach by helping break down larger pieces of work into smaller, self-contained components, so each release delivers real value.\n\nWork with Product Managers to track ideas, feature requests, and improvements across the roadmap, and help scope new initiatives into actionable tasks with clear timelines and deliverables.\n\nCoordinate day-to-day cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders to keep product delivery on track.\n\nHelp translate customer feedback, user behaviour, and internal insights into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team.\n\nPerform testing and QA activities, executing test scenarios, identifying bugs, edge cases, and usability gaps, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating fixes with the development squad to ensure a polished, high-quality user experience at launch.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer experience, usability, and efficiency across our digital journeys, and help scope and deliver the changes.\n\nMaintain organised product documentation, keeping tools like Jira or Notion up to date with relevant tasks, project notes, and development progress.\n\nAdvocate for the customer and broker perspective across all stages of development, helping the team stay focused on solving real user problems.\n\nSupport the rollout of new features to the business, coordinating internal communications, training materials, and stakeholder updates to ensure a smooth handover to operational teams.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n3-5 years of experience in a product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar role (or a strong track record of transferable experience).\n\nA strong interest in customer experience, UX, and building intuitive digital products.\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.\n\nClear and confident communication, both written and verbal.\n\nA proactive, can-do attitude, natural curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity. You pick things up quickly and aren't afraid to dive into something unfamiliar.\n\nInterest in technology and product development. You don't need to be technical, but you enjoy working with technical teams and quickly picking up new tools.\n\nStrong attention to detail and an ability to think through customer journeys, edge cases, and how different parts of an experience fit together.\n\nComfortable using customer feedback, product analytics, and data to understand problems and inform decisions.\n\nBonus points for:\nFamiliarity with Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Figma, or product analytics tools like LogRocket.\n\nExperience creating wireframes, process flows, prototypes, or mapping customer journeys.\n\nExperience working on customer-facing digital products, portals, apps, or self-service experiences.\n\nExposure to mortgage lending or regulated financial services.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nBridgit values its team, they are the heart of how we build this business.
