This role sits at the centre of how we understand sales and business performance, turning data into insights that shape decisions across Credit, Sales and Operations. It would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high growth fintech space, loves working with data, and who thrives in a fast paced environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nWork closely with our Credit, Sales and Operations team to find efficiency improvement opportunities throughout the end-to-end journey of the loan application process.\nBuild, monitor and maintain sales and performance dashboards, keeping metrics accurate and up to date and surfacing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders on business performance.\n\nAnalyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into performance insights and recommendations for leadership.\n\nSupport in management of third-party onboarding and relationship management.\n\nLiaise with the Sales team to ensure scorecards and performance monitoring remains relevant and is being used efficiently.\n\nWhat are we looking for:\nAt least 2 years experience in a business analyst role or equivalent.\nStrong experience creating, analysing and monitoring dashboards and reporting (PowerBI, HubSpot), with the ability to interpret data and turn it into clear performance insights.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\n\nTenacious attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.\n\nA track record of getting it done.
