SUMMARY: - POSITION INFO: We are seeking an experienced Sugar Processing Subject Matter Expert with a passion for training and development to join the sugar and milling team in Malalane. This role is ideal for a production supervisor or superintendent ready to transition into or expand within the Learning & Development (L&D) space. Key Responsibilities L&D Strategy & Execution: Compile, submit, and oversee the successful implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) for Sugar Processing Teams. Training & Curriculum Design: Conduct competency-based training needs analysis, design training manuals, online learning modules, and deliver technical training interventions. Assessment & Compliance: Assess\/moderate training interventions, maintain skills matrices with line management, and ensure compliance with the Skills Development Act, SETA, BBBEE, and Income Tax Act. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Supervise internal and external facilitators\/service providers, support HR with onboarding, and drive talent pipeline development.
