identify opportunities for process improvements and bring forward your own ideas and initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field\n3-4 years of experience in FP&A roles\nFluent English - written and verbal\nStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail\nHigh standards of accuracy, precision, and professionalism\nAbility to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure\nStrong sense of ownership - ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive things to completion\nExperience in financial analysis, executive presentations and building complex financial models - Advantage\nExperience with daily use of AI tools and the ability to integrate them into work -
