design and architecture planning, and contribute to technical decisions across the team.\nWork with asynchronous, message-driven components using Redis Streams, including debugging, tuning, and ensuring resilient processing.\nWrite high-quality, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage; participate actively in code reviews.\nCollaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.\nContinuously learn, adapt, and stay up-to-date with best practices and evolving technologies.\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on backend JavaScript / Node.js development.\nProven experience building and maintaining SaaS applications and/or production backend services.\nExperience working in a microservices architecture (service boundaries, APIs, reliability patterns).\nHands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis (including practical experience with Redis Streams or similar pub/sub/stream processing).\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.\nGood understanding of system design fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, performance, scalability, and reliability.\nFast learner, able to work both independently and as a team player.\nProficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with AWS and cloud-based production environments.\nExperience with observability tooling (logging/metrics/tracing) and incident response.\nExperience with scraping, browser automation, Playwright, Puppeteer, or
