In partnership with Client Relations, this role drives measurable growth in awareness, registration, and utilization of Bright Horizons services through client communication channels.\nThis role leverages strategic thinking, creativity, and data-driven insights to influence client outcomes, optimize marketing performance, and contribute to client retention and revenue growth.\n Essential Functions/Responsibilities\nLead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of client accounts, driving awareness, engagement, and utilization of Bright Horizons services.\n\nPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to assess business needs, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven marketing recommendations that influence client strategy and outcomes.\n\nExecutes multi-channel marketing initiatives (e.g., launches, transitions, campaigns), ensuring alignment across stakeholders.\n\nAnalyze marketing performance, synthesize insights, and make recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert in client marketing, advising on best practices, communication strategies, and engagement approaches.\n\nWork with cross-functional partners (Creative, Channel, Client Relations) to align on priorities, messaging, and execution strategies.\n\nManage day-to-day project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and marketing practices to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nJob Requirements - Education/Experience\nBachelor's degree in marketing or related field - Required\n\n5 years of experience in Marketing or related field - Required\n\nExperience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction - Preferred\n\nAdditional Job Requirements\nQualities include strong project management skills; results-oriented and highly motivated\n\nAbility to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision\n\nStrong cross-functional communications skillset\n\nComfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them\n\nThrives in a team environment as well as in an individual setting\n\nFunction effectively under pressure and maintains a sense of humor\n\nBe willing to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of a constantly changing and growing organization\n\nBe able to adjust quickly to changing priority of tasks\n\nKnowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook\n\nMust be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality. Strong organizational skills required. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
