Whether you’re caring for children or powering the systems and partnerships that make it all possible, at Bright Horizons, you’re the difference.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities:\n Visionary Leadership: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data products, leveraging a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify customer and operational data, creating a single view of the customer. \nCustomer Insights: Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to utilize customer data, understand needs and behaviors, and create real-time customer journeys across channels and segments, delivering personalized experiences and valuable insights. \nBusiness Outcome Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define desired outcomes, and translate business needs into clear product capabilities and measurable success criteria. \nIntake & Prioritization: Establish and manage a consistent intake process with business, technology, and design partners; assess opportunities using customer evidence, strategic alignment, expected business value, effort, risk, and dependencies to prioritize the work that will deliver the greatest impact. \nOutcome Measurement: Define KPIs and OKRs with stakeholders, use product and business data to test assumptions and monitor performance, and adjust roadmap priorities based on evidence, learning, and realized business outcomes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\n5 years of Product Management experience building B2C SaaS-based products\nPreferred Qualifications:\n Agile Expertise: Demonstrated experience with agile (SAFe/Scrum) and proficiency with agile tools - Jira, ADO. \nCustomer 360 Views: Experience building customer 360 views using a CDP product like Salesforce or Microsoft D365. \nBusiness Impact & Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder intake, evaluate competing opportunities with quantitative and qualitative data, make transparent trade-offs, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. \nCollaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams and across large stakeholder groups. \nProven Results: Proven results in delivering high-quality, customer-driven products on time in a fast-paced environment. \nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAt this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position.\nBe part of a community where people grow, futures are shaped, and lives are changed. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
