In this role, you will lead inventory control processes, analyze excess and obsolete materials, manage inventory data in NetSuite, and drive consistent standards across sites. You will also support the development of the company's first MRP process, providing reliable inventory data to improve material planning and supply chain decisions.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nDesign and manage the multi-site cycle count program, including schedules, accuracy targets, and reconciliation processes.\n\nLead physical inventories across sites, coordinate local teams, reconcile results, and obtain Finance sign-off.\n\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\n\nOwn intercompany POs, SOs, and inventory transfers, ensuring proper documentation, execution, and financial reconciliation.\n\nAnalyze excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and stranded inventory by project and site; prepare monthly reports and recommend disposition actions.\n\nEstablish material handling standards for labeling, storage, FIFO/FEFO, shelf life, ESD, moisture-sensitive materials, quarantine, and segregation.\n\nPrepare monthly inventory reports and KPI dashboards covering value, aging, accuracy, trends, and risks; present findings to Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance leadership.\n\nMaintain NetSuite inventory master data, including units of measure, lot/serial tracking, locations, bins, and item status.\n\nSupport MRP design and implementation, ensuring accurate inventory data, availability, and allocations.\n\nDevelop inventory SOPs, train site teams, and standardize processes across locations.\n\nImplement and sustain 5S practices in stockrooms and warehouses, conducting audits and tracking results.\n\nLead continuous improvement projects using root-cause analysis, 5 Whys, Pareto, value stream mapping, and Kaizen to reduce errors and waste.\n\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Finance, Quality, and Procurement on inventory accuracy, material flows, and applicable IMMEX and customs documentation.\n\nWHAT WE WANT TO SEE\n6-9 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.\n\nAt least 2 years owning inventory programs across multiple sites or entities.\n\nStrong ERP skills, preferably NetSuite, including intercompany transactions, inventory adjustments, master data, and reporting.\n\nProven experience managing cycle count programs and improving inventory accuracy.\n\nHands-on experience with E&O analysis and inventory reserves in partnership with Finance.\n\nExperience managing intercompany transactions and cross-border material flows.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.\n\nProfessional English proficiency to write procedures, prepare reports, and present to US-based leadership independently.\n\nNative or fluent Spanish.\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nIT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD\nElectronics or EMS manufacturing experience, including ESD, moisture-sensitive components, shelf life, and reel/tray handling.\n\nWorking knowledge of IMMEX, Anexo 24, and Anexo 30 and their impact on inventory documentation.\n\nMRP implementation experience in an ERP system.\n\nAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification.\n\nExperience auditing inventory at other sites or third-party locations.\n\nLean manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen knowledge;
