This role ensures compliance with Mexican customs regulations, accurate tracking of temporarily imported materials, and audit readiness.\nYou will work closely with Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Finance, an external IMMEX provider, and the customs broker.\nWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING\nOwn the IMMEX program, including VUCEM filings, registrations, legal stay timeframes, and compliance requirements.\nManage Annex 24, 30, and 31 customs inventory control, including imports, exports, discharges, waste, and scrap.\nReconcile customs records with physical inventory and NetSuite and resolve discrepancies.\nMonitor VAT and IEPS (CIVA) certification requirements, renewals, and compliance thresholds.\nReview and validate customs documentation prepared by the customs broker.\nManage and validate reports from the external IMMEX service provider and follow up on findings.\nMaintain customs documentation and ensure SAT audit readiness.\nReport open customs balances, compliance status, and potential exposure to the Supply Chain Manager.\nSupport import/export activities and cross-border documentation when needed.\nStay current on changes to Mexican foreign trade regulations and assess their impact on the operation.\nWHAT WE WANT TO SEE\nBachelor’s degree in International Trade, Customs, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.\n3 -
