The core team is ex-InMobi Engineering and Data Sciences, recently joined by senior leaders from McKinsey. Bright is a data-driven, fast-paced execution culture that will build a Global Consumer FinTech, all functions operating from India.\nWhat is the team & role about?\nWe are looking for a creative and curious Motion Design Intern to join our team at Bright. As an intern, you will explore how motion graphics and video can bring stories to life, supporting our mission to make personal finance smarter and more accessible. You’ll get the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow while working on real projects that have an impact.\nWhat you will do?\nAssist in creating motion graphics-based videos to explain product features, tutorials, and brand campaigns.\n\nSupport the growth & brand team by contributing to assets such as brand videos, website visuals, and social media content.\n\nWork with storyboards and contribute ideas to bring them to life through animation and design.\n\nCollaborate with designers and marketers to understand briefs and translate them into engaging visuals.\n\nLearn how to apply Bright’s brand identity and evolve it through animated storytelling.\n\nIdeal candidate profile looks like?\nA portfolio or samples of creative projects (can include student work, freelance, or personal projects).\n\nBasic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.\n\nFamiliarity with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma).\n\nCuriosity to learn 3D animation tools (Blender is a plus).\n\nA keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling.\n\nWillingness to research trends, experiment with ideas, and take feedback.
