You'll make sure product is loaded and unloaded correctly, keep drivers on track, and be the steady hand that keeps deliveries moving even when the day gets unpredictable.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the Dispatch Manager across drivers, routes, vehicle utilization, and maintenance\nCommunicate delays and route changes proactively\nStay in constant contact with drivers, including dispatching emergency response when needed\nMaintain and review billing and operations records; catch errors and compliance issues early\nEvaluate dispatch and distribution performance, and recommend improvements to shift, department, and facility operations\nEnsure product handling and delivery practices consistently meet customer expectations and business goals\nChampion a culture of safety and accountability - ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, company policy, and operational standards\nLead daily briefings and set the priorities for the shift\nWhat You BringRequired\n3+ years in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or event operations\n1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience. \nStrong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of diverse personalities.\nSolid knowledge of routing, fleet management, and scheduling\nValid driver's license\nExperience with dispatch, GPS tracking, or transportation management software\nExcellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, written and verbal\nSharp organizational skills and attention to detail\nStrong time management, with a track record of hitting deadlines under pressure\nAnalytical, efficient, and accurate even when things get busy\nGeneral computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office\nWorking knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety best practices\nAble to stand for extended periods and sit/work at a computer for up to 4 hours per shift\nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the facility on uneven surfaces\nComfortable in hot/cold climates and varying noise conditions\nNice to Have\nBilingual English and Spanish communication skills\nExperience in logistics, freight, or the events/production industry.\nWhat Makes Us SpecialCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive pay: $72,000 - $76,000 + monthly bonus\nPaid time off and company holidays \nComprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n Company-Paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance \n Short-Term and Long-Term Disability \n Telehealth and Wellness programs \n Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) \n Employee Assistance Program \n 401(k) with employer matching \n\nOur Culture & Work\nA team that has your back: We work across sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations to make every event successful.
