This role manages staff for the timely and successful delivery, setup, removal, and pickup of all rental equipment per the client's specifications, ensuring every event is executed in accordance with the contract in a cost-efficient, accurate, and safe manner. The Field Operations Supervisor works closely with sales, dispatch, vendors, and clients, and reports to the Field Operations Manager and Operations Manager.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage field staff for the timely and successful delivery, set up, removal, and pick up of all rental equipment per client specifications\nOversee production meetings with sales, dispatch, Field Operations, vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and outcomes\nPromote safety through the Bright Safety Plan, ensuring PPE use and adherence to safety standards\nLead training in time management, equipment handling, and installation\nEnsure compliance with Bright policies and professional standards\nAssist with fleet management, including repairs, maintenance, and fuel costs\nManage labor schedules and develop plans to meet monthly goals\nConduct pre-event site visits to ensure all logistics are accounted for\nProvide dispatch support for efficient routing and meeting client expectations\nEnsure high-quality inventory and installations to guarantee client satisfaction\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nEvent industry experience\nProven experience supervising staff, with strong management, mentoring, and leadership skills\nStrong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail; adaptable to a fast-paced environment while balancing several events at a time\nAbility to coordinate field activities across daily, short-term, and long-term production objectives\nComputer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook\nValid driver's license with a driving record that meets company/insurance standards\nAbility to pass a background check and drug test\nOpen availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed\nAbility to sit and drive for extended hours and regularly lift and/or move objects 50-100 lbs\nAbility to work in varying weather and noise conditions; regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl; specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus\nEvent management-related operations experience\nBilingual skills to communicate with our clients and team members\nFamiliarity with dispatch, routing, and fleet management systems\nNice to Have\nExperience with tent installation, staging, or large-scale event structures\nForklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment\nCDL or experience driving box trucks / 26-ft vehicles\nExperience reading site plans, CAD layouts, or event diagrams\nExperience with rental management or inventory software (e.g., Point of Rental)\nFamiliarity with routing/dispatch software (e.g., Samsara)\nExperience reading site plans, CAD layouts, or event diagrams\nWhat Makes Us Special\nCompensation and Benefits\nCompetitive pay: $70k - $80k\nPaid time off and company holidays \nComprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance \n Company-Paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance \n Short-Term and Long-Term Disability \n Telehealth and Wellness programs \n Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) \n Employee Assistance Program \n 401(k) with employer matching \n\nOur Culture & Work\nA team that has your back: We work across sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations to make every event successful.
