We are searching for a Technical Program Manager to join our growing team.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects\nPlan every phase in the project’s life cycle, from the very beginning idea phases through the closure or post-closure monitoring phases\nDevelop logical solutions to business problems by asking questions, thorough examination, coordination, and collaboration with decision makers\nWork with product team in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for clients\nTeam with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development\nPrioritize and manage multiple projects, often moderately complex projects\nEnsure products are delivered on time and within budget\nMaintain knowledge of advancements in product technologies\nUnderstand the impact of emerging business trends and their implications\nSkills and Expertise:\n6+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams\nKnowledge of the full life-cycle of product development\nDemonstrated track record of successfully transforming enterprise technology processes that touch multiple disciplines\nExperience with technology operations and support, cloud-based technologies\nDeep hands-on technical skills\nFamiliarity with software, hardware, and firmware solutions\nExcellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization\nLeadership skills;
