Bright Vision Technologies is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nBright Vision Technologies is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to build production-oriented applications that use machine learning models and foundation-model services to solve practical business problems. The role will integrate model capabilities into software products, develop data and inference workflows, evaluate output quality, and work with application and data engineers to deliver reliable AI-enabled features.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement AI-enabled application features using appropriate machine learning or foundation-model services.\n\nDevelop Python-based data preparation, inference, evaluation, and integration components.\n\nConnect model services to enterprise applications through APIs, asynchronous workflows, and secure service patterns.\n\nEvaluate model output quality, latency, cost, and reliability using measurable test datasets and evaluation methods.\n\nCollaborate with product, data, and software engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and improve AI capabilities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience Required: typically 5+ years in software engineering, applied AI, or machine learning application development; align with the approved requisition.\n\nStrong Python programming and experience building production software services or data-driven applications.\n\nUnderstanding of machine learning concepts, model inference, embeddings, evaluation, and common AI application patterns.\n\nExperience integrating model endpoints or AI services through REST APIs and application frameworks.\n\nWorking knowledge of data preparation, SQL, version control, unit testing, and software delivery practices.\n\nAbility to evaluate model behavior, handle edge cases, and consider latency, scalability, and operational cost.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills when working across technical disciplines.\n\nExperience working in iterative software delivery teams, participating in planning, defect triage, and release validation as appropriate to the assignment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or cloud AI platforms.\n\nExposure to retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, prompt evaluation, or agentic workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, model monitoring, or automated deployment practices.\n\nRelevant AI, machine learning, or cloud platform certification.\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
