We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Onsite Technical Lead to lead enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and analytics delivery. The role will serve as the primary bridge among business users, Product Owners, Project Managers, QA teams, upstream and downstream application partners, and offshore development teams.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong expertise in Informatica, SQL Server, and Netezza with proven technical leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and cloud platforms is a plus. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can translate business needs into reliable technical solutions and drive execution from requirements through production deployment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery & Team Leadership\nOwn end-to-end delivery of data integration and analytics initiatives, from planning and requirements through implementation, testing, release, and production stabilization.\nLead and coordinate offshore development teams; establish clear priorities, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nManage milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and action items while communicating status and decisions clearly to stakeholders.\nProvide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on support to development team members.\nDemonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.\nBusiness & Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with business users to understand business processes, data needs, reporting requirements, and expected outcomes.\nWork closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to refine scope, prioritize work, support planning, and drive delivery commitments.\nCollaborate with QA teams on test strategy, defect triage, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and release readiness.\nCoordinate with upstream and downstream partners to manage interfaces, data dependencies, sequencing, and production impacts.\nFacilitate requirements workshops, technical design reviews, sprint ceremonies, status discussions, and implementation checkpoints.\nTechnical Leadership\nLead the design, development, enhancement, and support of ETL, data warehouse, and analytics solutions.\nReview solution designs, Informatica mappings and workflows, SQL code, data models, and technical specifications for quality, scalability, and performance.\nDrive root-cause analysis and resolution of data quality, performance, batch-processing, and production-support issues.\nPromote reusable design patterns, coding standards, peer reviews, technical documentation, and operational readiness.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n8+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, data integration, or enterprise analytics delivery.\n3+ years of experience leading technical teams and coordinating work with offshore delivery resources.\nStrong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).\nStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, advanced SQL development, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.\nExperience developing or supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions on IBM Netezza.\nSolid understanding of data integration patterns, dimensional modeling, batch processing, data quality, and production support.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum and structured SDLC delivery environments.\nExcellent communication, leadership, planning, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Databricks, including data engineering, Delta Lake, lakehouse patterns, or ETL modernization.\nExperience with Power BI, including enterprise dashboards, semantic models, data refresh, and reporting solutions.\nExperience with cloud data services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of cloud data lakes, lakehouse architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, or DataOps practices.\nInsurance industry experience, preferably within Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance.\nExposure to policy, claims, billing, underwriting, finance, reinsurance, or regulatory reporting data.\nExperience delivering solutions in a regulated environment with awareness of audit, compliance, data governance, privacy, security, and data-retention requirements.\nLeadership Profile\nSelf-Starter - Operates independently, anticipates needs, and takes initiative.\nDelivery Leader - Drives commitments to completion and addresses risks early.\nCollaborative Partner - Builds trust across business, technology, QA, and vendor teams.\nTechnical Problem Solver - Brings structure and sound judgment to complex issues.\nWork Arrangement:\nThis position requires regular in-person work from the Short Hills, New Jersey office. \nThe Technical Lead will collaborate closely with onsite stakeholders while coordinating delivery across distributed and offshore teams.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
