Bright Vision Technologies is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nBright Vision Technologies is seeking a ERP Project Manager to coordinate business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize outcomes, and deliver projects or products with clear scope, governance, and measurable progress. The successful candidate will apply practical expertise in Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine or clarify objectives, scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes. \nCoordinate stakeholders, delivery teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions. \nMaintain backlogs, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts as appropriate. \nFacilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions. \nTrack progress and use feedback, delivery metrics, and lessons learned to improve outcomes. \nRequired Qualifications\nExperience Required: typically 7+ years in a related professional role; exact threshold must match the approved requisition. \nPractical experience with the role-specific technology stack: Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting. \nExperience in the product, project, business analysis, or delivery discipline relevant to this role. \nDemonstrated ability to gather requirements, establish priorities, and communicate decisions. \nExperience coordinating stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing dependencies. \nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project delivery practices as appropriate. \nStrong planning, analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills. \nAbility to manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining focus on business outcomes. \nPreferred Qualifications\nAdditional hands-on depth in Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting. \nExperience managing multi-team dependencies, roadmaps, or enterprise stakeholder groups. \nFamiliarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable. \nRelevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area. \nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
