We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Go Developer to design and build high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go. In this role you will work on systems where latency, concurrency, and operational efficiency are first-class concerns, and you will contribute to a codebase shared by engineers across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong Go expertise with broad systems knowledge, including network programming, container ecosystems, and distributed system design. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners - product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nFive or more years of professional software engineering experience, with significant time in Go.\nStrong understanding of Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, contexts).\nHands-on experience building production gRPC and/or REST APIs in Go.\nExperience with Kubernetes-native development (client-go, controller-runtime).\nSolid experience with relational and key-value data stores.\nStrong understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and container-based deployment.\nExcellent debugging and performance-engineering skills.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\n Preferred QualificationsOpen-source contributions to Go-based projects.\nExperience writing Kubernetes operators or controllers.\nFamiliarity with eBPF, service mesh, or low-level systems programming.\nExposure to security-sensitive Go projects (cryptography, auth).\nExperience with WASM, Tinygo, or embedded systems.\n How to ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
