This role supports the day-to-day ownership, performance, and continuous improvement of assigned infrastructure services. The contractor will coordinate across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to help ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end ownership of assigned infrastructure services, with focus on cloud capacity availability, reliability, utilization, adoption, and service-level performance.\nExperience in Cloud capacity planning, capacity utilization, capacity risk governance.\nMaintain service documentation, roadmaps, performance dashboards, operational metrics, and stakeholder communications.\nCoordinate service activities across architecture, engineering, quality assurance, operations, product, and project teams.\nFacilitate service reviews, track actions, analyze trends, and communicate service performance, risks, and improvement priorities.\nServe as a point of contact for service inquiries, operational concerns, and stakeholder feedback.\nAssist with service strategy, design, transition, operations, and lifecycle activities.\nIdentify practical opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, scalability, and cost effectiveness.\nSupport incident follow-up, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPrepare clear communications for service releases, changes, performance updates, and improvement activities.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of cloud capacity management.\n10+ years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure operations, service delivery, or a related field.\nWorking experience of ITIL practices and service management principles.\nExperience supporting infrastructure services such as servers, networks, storage, cloud platforms, or related technologies.\nExperience coordinating work across technical teams and business stakeholders.\nAbility to interpret service metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into clear actions and updates.\nStrong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nStrong understanding of forecasting and demand management.\nExperience managing Azure and AWS provider capacity.\nStrong knowledge of capacity risk management and assessment.\nClear understanding application capacity and resilience.\nExperience with data, API's and capacity intelligence.\nPractical experience with capacity governance and controls.\nKnowledge of capacity constraint mitigation and cloud resource capacity optimization.\nStrong experience with executive and stakeholder communication.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
