We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly experienced Lead Devops Engineer to define, govern, and drive the adoption of enterprise-wide DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards across technology stacks and application environments.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable application deployments\nManage and improve AWS infrastructure across ECS, EKS, and EC2 environments\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform\nMonitor system health and performance using Grafana and supporting observability tools\nTroubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in staging and production environments\nCollaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows and system reliability\nSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)\nImplement and maintain logging, alerting, and incident response processes\nContribute to cost optimization and performance tuning within AWS\nMaintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks\nLeverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI tools.\nUse AI-assisted tooling to draft, refactor, and review Terraform modules and Kubernetes/ECS manifests, improving delivery speed while maintaining quality and security standards\n What You’ll Bring15+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles\nHands-on experience with AWS services, particularly ECS, EKS, and EC2\nExperience writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform\nExperience with monitoring/observability tools, especially Grafana\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)\nExperience with containerization (Docker)\nWorking knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals\nScripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar)\nCan independently handle day-to-day infrastructure and deployment tasks\nComfortable debugging issues across application and infrastructure layers\nTakes ownership of services (e.g., a cluster, pipeline, or environment)\nKnows when to escalate complex architectural decisions\nProactively identifies reliability, performance, and cost improvements\nExperience applying AI to DevOps practices, including infrastructure automation, CI/CD optimization, incident investigation, observability, and operational efficiency.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
