We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integration scenarios that connect Oracle Cloud Applications, on-premises Oracle systems, and third-party platforms. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with OIC integrations, processes, and visual builder applications, and will combine that with a clear understanding of integration patterns, API management, and Oracle Cloud Applications data models.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop integration flows in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems.\n\nBuild app-driven and scheduled orchestrations, including complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows.\n\nConfigure and operate a wide range of OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, custom).\n\nDevelop process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service for human-centric workflows.\n\nBuild Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications.\n\nImplement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.\n\nDesign robust error-handling and notification patterns, including retries, escalation, and resubmission workflows.\n\nOptimize performance of high-volume integrations through batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns.\n\nMigrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC.\n\nCollaborate with Oracle Cloud Applications functional teams to align integrations with business processes.\n\nProvide hypercare and post-go-live support, including incident response and root-cause analysis.\n\nMaintain comprehensive, current technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, design decisions, configuration references, runbooks, and operational procedures — so that the system remains supportable, auditable, and easy to onboard new engineers onto over time.\n\nMentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\n12 or more years of integration experience, with strong hands-on time in Oracle Integration Cloud.\n\nSolid experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or CX) data models and APIs.\n\nExperience with REST and SOAP web service development.\n\nWorking knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service.\n\nFamiliarity with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform.\n\nStrong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) and SQL.\n\nExperience with security standards (OAuth2, SAML, mTLS).\n\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nPrior experience migrating from Oracle SOA Suite to OIC is a strong plus.\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
