We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a PLM Engineer (Windchill / Teamcenter) with deep experience operating either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter (preferably both) in large enterprise environments. In this role you will own the technical operation of the PLM platform — installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, integrations, and high availability — and partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant, and secure PLM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong PLM administration fundamentals, hands-on experience with PLM upgrades and migrations, and a measurement-driven approach to platform reliability.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nFive or more years of PLM platform administration experience.\n\nHands-on experience with either PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter in production.\n\nStrong experience with PLM upgrades and migrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration.\n\nStrong Linux/Unix administration skills.\n\nExperience operating HA/DR for PLM environments.\n\nFamiliarity with PLM integration brokers and middleware.\n\nScripting skills in shell, Python, or Ansible.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience operating PLM on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI).\n\nExposure to infrastructure-as-code for PLM environments.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD patterns for PLM change management.\n\nPTC or Siemens PLM certifications.\n\nExperience with CAD integration patterns at scale.\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
