Bright Vision Technologies is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nBright Vision Technologies is seeking a Production Support Engineer to maintain the quality, availability, and usability of enterprise technology services through analysis, troubleshooting, user support, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will apply practical expertise in the primary programming language and framework, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor service health or support queues and prioritize requests using agreed service levels.\nInvestigate application, data, access, integration, and user issues using available diagnostics.\nCoordinate escalations and communicate status, workarounds, and resolutions.\nMaintain tickets, knowledge articles, runbooks, and operational reports.\nIdentify recurring problems and recommend permanent corrective actions.\nRequired QualificationsExperience Required: typically 4+ years in a related professional role; exact threshold must match the approved requisition.\nPractical experience with the role-specific technology stack: the primary programming language and framework, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD.\nExperience in application support, IT operations, technical analysis, or service delivery relevant to the role.\nAbility to investigate issues using logs, data, system tools, or documented procedures.\nUnderstanding of incident, problem, change, and service-level practices.\nStrong customer-service, prioritization, and escalation skills.\nAbility to document actions, communicate clearly, and collaborate with technical teams.\nCareful handling of access, confidential data, and operational procedures.\nPreferred QualificationsAdditional hands-on depth in the primary programming language and framework, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD.\nExperience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project.\nFamiliarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.\nRelevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area.\n How to ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
