This is a fully remote position where you'll oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from reviewing opportunities to submitting compliant, high-quality proposals. The ideal candidate has experience with federal proposals, enjoys working independently, and can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the full lifecycle of federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, Sources Sought, and task orders).\nDevelop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and timelines.\nWrite, edit, and review proposal content, including technical approaches, management plans, staffing plans, executive summaries, and past performance.\nCoordinate proposal kickoff meetings, color team reviews, and final submissions.\nEnsure proposals are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time.\nMaintain proposal templates, resumes, and reusable content libraries.\nSupport capture planning, win strategies, and business development activities.\nHelp improve proposal processes and establish best practices across the organization.\nCollaborate with leadership, business development, recruiters, technical teams, and subcontractors.\n Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of experience managing and writing federal government proposals.\nExperience supporting small business federal contractors is preferred.\nStrong proposal writing, editing, and proofreading skills.\nExperience with IDIQs, GWACs, and task order proposals.\nKnowledge of Shipley proposal methodology (certification preferred).\nFamiliarity with FAR/DFARS and the federal procurement process.\nProficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple proposals.\n Preferred ExperienceDepartment of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) proposal experience. \nExperience supporting capture management and business development.\nExperience creating proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.\nKnowledge of proposal graphics or visualization tools (Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint).\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
