We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions supporting global procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain initiatives. This role focuses on delivering scalable SAP S/4HANA MM solutions that streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, vendor management, material planning, and inventory optimization across enterprise environments.\nYou will work closely with procurement teams, supply chain leaders, warehouse operations, finance stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams to design and configure SAP MM solutions that improve procurement efficiency, inventory visibility, and operational performance. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SAP MM configuration, cross-functional integration, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects while maintaining a strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and design scalable SAP MM solutions supporting procurement and supply chain operations. \n\nConfigure SAP Materials Management components including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, Valuation, and Invoice Verification. \n\nLead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes. \n\nConfigure organizational structures including plants, storage locations, purchasing organizations, purchasing groups, valuation areas, and company codes. \n\nConfigure material types, material groups, account determination, release strategies, valuation classes, and movement types. \n\nDesign and configure procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, RFQs, and source determination. \n\nConfigure inventory management processes including goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, physical inventory, and cycle counting. \n\nCollaborate with ABAP developers to prepare Functional Specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, BADIs, User Exits, IDOCs, and forms. \n\nIntegrate SAP MM with SD, PP, FI/CO, WM, EWM, QM, PM, and Ariba modules. \n\nSupport SAP S/4HANA migration projects, system upgrades, testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live support. \n\nDevelop functional documentation including Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts. \n\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support. \n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and continuous process improvement initiatives. \n\nRequired Skills\nSeven or more years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations. \n\nStrong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Materials Management configuration. \n\nExtensive knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes. \n\nHands-on experience configuring Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Procurement processes. \n\nStrong experience configuring material types, purchasing document types, release procedures, movement types, valuation classes, account determination, and pricing procedures. \n\nExperience configuring procurement processes including RFQs, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Evaluation. \n\nStrong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock transfers, physical inventory, cycle counting, and inventory valuation. \n\nExperience integrating SAP MM with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM, WM, EWM, PM, and Ariba. \n\nExperience preparing Functional Specifications for ABAP developments including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW). \n\nFamiliarity with IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, EDI, and middleware integration technologies. \n\nExperience supporting integrations with supplier portals, procurement platforms, warehouse management systems, and third-party logistics providers. \n\nExperience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori. \n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and business process optimization skills. \n\nExperience working in Agile Scrum or SAP Activate implementation methodologies. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience participating in multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. \n\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori Apps, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Integration Suite. \n\nExperience with SAP Ariba, SAP Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM), and SAP Business Network. \n\nKnowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation Management (TM). \n\nExperience supporting global procurement and supply chain organizations. \n\nFamiliarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Planning processes. \n\nExperience integrating SAP with Coupa, Jaggaer, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other enterprise applications. \n\nSAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Professional certification in SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement is highly desirable. \n\nExperience supporting manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, or consumer goods industries. \n\nKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), procurement reporting, and operational analytics is a plus. \n\nProject Environment\nYou will be joining a global SAP transformation program responsible for modernizing procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations across multiple business units.
