We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions across complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. This role focuses on delivering scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions supporting global sales operations, pricing, shipping, billing, customer management, and third-party system integrations.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, SAP Basis administrators, and integration architects to design and configure SAP SD solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, cross-functional integration, and S/4HANA implementation projects while maintaining a deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SD functional solutions. \n\nConfigure and support SAP Sales and Distribution modules including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Shipping, Pricing, Output Management, and Returns Processing. \n\nLead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects across Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. \n\nConfigure customer master data, material master integration, sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, shipping points, plants, and sales areas. \n\nDesign and configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, tax determination, rebates, discounts, freight, and promotional pricing. \n\nConfigure copy controls, item categories, schedule line categories, incompletion procedures, and document flows. \n\nCollaborate with ABAP developers to develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, BADIs, User Exits, and IDOCs. \n\nSupport SAP S/4HANA migration, system upgrades, and business transformation initiatives. \n\nIntegrate SAP SD with MM, FI/CO, PP, WM, EWM, TM, GTS, CRM, and external third-party applications. \n\nDevelop functional documentation including Business Process Documents (BPDs), Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts. \n\nSupport SIT, UAT, regression testing, production deployments, and hypercare activities. \n\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support. \n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, solution design workshops, and architecture review sessions. \n\nRequired Skills\nSeven or more years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience supporting enterprise SAP environments. \n\nStrong expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution configuration. \n\nExtensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. \n\nHands-on experience configuring Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, Output Determination, and Shipping processes. \n\nStrong experience configuring pricing procedures, condition techniques, access sequences, pricing routines, taxes, rebates, and discounts. \n\nExperience with customer master, material master, business partner configuration, and partner determination. \n\nStrong understanding of copy controls, item categories, schedule line categories, route determination, shipping determination, and transportation scheduling. \n\nExperience integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, TM, CRM, and other SAP modules. \n\nExperience preparing Functional Specifications for ABAP developments including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW). \n\nFamiliarity with IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, EDI, and middleware integration technologies. \n\nExperience supporting SAP interfaces with Salesforce, E-commerce platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and third-party logistics providers. \n\nExperience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, SAP Fiori, and SAP GUI. \n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and business process optimization skills. \n\nExperience working in Agile Scrum or SAP Activate implementation methodologies. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience participating in multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. \n\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori Apps, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Integration Suite. \n\nExperience with Advanced ATP (aATP), Variant Configuration (VC), and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). \n\nKnowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). \n\nExperience supporting multinational organizations with global sales operations. \n\nFamiliarity with SAP Revenue Accounting, Intercompany Sales, Cross-Company Sales, and International Trade processes. \n\nExperience integrating SAP with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, or other enterprise integration platforms. \n\nSAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Professional certification in SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales is highly desirable. \n\nExperience supporting highly regulated industries including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, consumer products, or life sciences. \n\nKnowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and reporting solutions is a plus. \n\nProject Environment\nYou will be joining a global SAP transformation program responsible for modernizing enterprise Order-to-Cash processes across multiple business units.
