The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C/C++, Python, EDA tools, hardware-software integration, and software architecture, with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions for complex semiconductor platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop high-performance software solutions for semiconductor design, verification, and validation workflows.\nArchitect and implement firmware, device drivers, and low-level software for advanced silicon platforms.\nDevelop scalable automation frameworks and infrastructure for EDA tools, build systems, and compute environments.\nDesign and enhance post-silicon validation, debugging, characterization, and data analysis tools.\nOptimize software performance, reliability, and scalability across multicore, embedded, and distributed computing environments.\nCollaborate closely with hardware, ASIC, FPGA, verification, and manufacturing engineering teams to enable successful silicon bring-up and production.\nLead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and establish software development best practices.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.\nEvaluate and integrate emerging technologies, methodologies, and tools to improve engineering productivity and product quality.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, design specifications, and development guidelines.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\n10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in semiconductor or embedded systems environments.\nExpert-level programming skills in C, C++, and Python.\nExtensive experience with EDA tools, ASIC/SoC verification, silicon bring-up, or post-silicon validation.\nStrong understanding of hardware-software integration, embedded systems, debugging techniques, and performance optimization.\nHands-on experience with scripting, automation frameworks, Linux development environments, and HPC or cloud-based compute infrastructure.\nExperience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog, or VHDL.\nKnowledge of cloud-native EDA workflows, distributed computing, and AI/ML applications in semiconductor design.\nExperience with FPGA development, embedded Linux, or real-time operating systems (RTOS).\nPrior experience leading engineering teams or driving large-scale technical initiatives.\nMaster's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?\nFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to  or contact us at (908) 505-3545.
