This role is responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving process improvements, and leading laboratory teams to achieve operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and performance.\n* Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory supervisors and staff.\n* Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and federal/state laboratory regulations.\n* Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n* Monitor staffing, workflow, and operational metrics.\n* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service.\nQualifications\n* Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.\n* 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment.\n* Medical Technologist certification (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required.\n* Florida Supervisor License required.\n* Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards.\n* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
