Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Engineer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually

Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Engineer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Designer.
• Build Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Develop SQR, BI Publisher, and AWE workflows.
• Optimize SQL performance and support PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with functional teams, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, and SQL.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and AWE.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Fluid UI.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database administration.
