We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position. \n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a seasoned SAP Basis / SAP Platform Engineer responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, performance tuning, and day-to-day operation of complex SAP landscapes that may span on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-hosted environments. This role is critical to keeping mission-critical SAP systems available, performant, secure, and compliant. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, HANA database administration, system copies, upgrades, and migrations, and will partner with infrastructure, security, and SAP functional teams to deliver a stable, well-governed SAP platform.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n\nFive or more years of SAP Basis / platform engineering experience in large enterprise environments.\n\nStrong hands-on experience administering SAP HANA databases in production.\n\nExperience operating S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, and other NetWeaver systems.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP migrations to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nStrong experience with SAP upgrades, EHP/SP application, and system conversions.\n\nSolid experience with SAP HA/DR strategies, including HANA System Replication and clustering.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP transport management and Solution Manager ChaRM.\n\nScripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP certifications in HANA, S/4HANA, or Basis administration.\n\nExperience with SAP RISE / Grow and SAP Cloud ALM.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP BTP and integration with hyperscaler-native services.\n\nExposure to infrastructure-as-code for SAP landscapes (Ansible, Terraform).\n\nExperience operating regulated SAP workloads (SOX, GxP, PCI).\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
