Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and hands-on experience.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development - including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions - while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.\nBuild workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.\nWrite clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).\nDevelop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution.\nBuild integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.\nDevelop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation that simplify how users request services and ensure each request is routed, approved, and executed reliably end-to-end.\nImplement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS.\nDevelop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements.\nImplement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics where required, ensuring stakeholders have the operational visibility they need to monitor service performance and make informed decisions.\nParticipate in design reviews, contribute to platform standards, and document technical decisions.\nSupport upgrades, regression testing, and remediation of customizations across releases.\nTroubleshoot performance, scripting, and integration issues across development, test, and production instances, applying systematic root-cause analysis and contributing durable fixes back to the platform.\nCollaborate with admins, BAs, and stakeholders to refine requirements and propose pragmatic technical solutions.\nStay current with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging best practices.\n Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nFive or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nStrong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.\nDeep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.\nExperience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\nHands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.\nExperience with Service Portal widget development.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nCertified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).\nExperience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.\nFamiliarity with App Engine Studio.\nExposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?\nFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to  or contact us at (908) 505-3544.
