We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. The role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate has architected ServiceNow at enterprise scale, can confidently shape multi-year roadmaps, and brings strong influence across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine ServiceNow platform architecture spanning ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom application domains.\nLead architecture reviews, design approvals, and governance for changes across ServiceNow modules.\nEstablish standards for data model usage, custom-table creation, scoped applications, and CMDB design.\nDrive CMDB strategy including discovery, service mapping, identification rules, and data quality programs.\nArchitect integrations with enterprise systems via IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns.\nDesign platform-wide security, role models, and ACL strategies that balance functionality with least-privilege principles.\nLead major platform upgrades, release management cycles, and platform health initiatives, planning safe rollouts, coordinating across teams, and driving improvements that keep the platform stable and current over time.\nEstablish reusable patterns for workflow design, Flow Designer adoption, and minimization of unnecessary customization.\nDrive performance, scalability, and instance-health improvements across the platform, using telemetry and load patterns to identify bottlenecks, prioritize the most impactful changes, and validate outcomes empirically.\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate process needs into ServiceNow capabilities with appropriate trade-offs.\nMentor developers, admins, and tech leads on ServiceNow best practices.\nCoordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets regulatory obligations.\nProduce high-quality architecture artifacts - context diagrams, sequence diagrams, decision records, and reference designs - that capture key technical decisions clearly enough to be understood months or years later.\nStay current with ServiceNow roadmap, Now Assist / AI features, and broader platform evolution.\nRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n12 or more years of ServiceNow experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles.\nDeep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, scripting, scoped apps, and platform internals.\nHands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios.\nExperience designing CMDB, discovery, and service mapping implementations.\nStrong understanding of platform security, ACLs, and role design at scale.\nExperience leading major upgrades and release planning.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications.\n Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.\nExperience with Now Assist, GenAI Controller, or AI-driven ServiceNow features.\nExposure to multi-instance, multi-region ServiceNow deployments.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with major SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, SAP).\nFamiliarity with HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
