We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. The role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities.Key Responsibilities\nDesign and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.\n\nLead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release management.\n\nDefine CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.\n\nDesign integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architectures.\n\nImplement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practices.\n\nDrive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvements.\n\nEstablish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizations.\n\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.\n\nMentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadership.\n\nExpertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.\n\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform security.\n\nExperience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.\n\nServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).\n\nExperience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow features.\n\nExposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.\n\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.\n\nKnowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio.\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
