We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\n\nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development — including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions — while applying best practices that keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful ServiceNow work in production, balances declarative and programmatic approaches thoughtfully, and writes maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nFive or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\n\nStrong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.\n\nDeep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.\n\nExperience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nHands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.\n\nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.\n\nExperience with Service Portal widget development.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\n\nCertified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).\n\nExperience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.\n\nFamiliarity with App Engine Studio.\n\nExposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
