Bright Vision Technologies is unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nBright Vision Technologies is seeking a Test Data Engineer to design and maintain reliable test-data solutions for application, integration, and analytics testing. The role will build repeatable data provisioning and refresh processes, create representative synthetic datasets, support data masking and quality checks, and help engineering teams obtain accurate test data across development and test environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement reusable test-data provisioning, generation, refresh, and cleanup processes.\n\nBuild scripts and utilities to create representative datasets for functional, integration, and performance testing.\n\nWork with relational and non-relational databases to profile, transform, validate, and manage test data.\n\nImplement masking, tokenization, and synthetic-data techniques in accordance with approved privacy controls.\n\nCollaborate with QA, developers, data teams, and environment owners to resolve data dependencies and improve test readiness.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience Required: typically 5+ years in data engineering, database development, or test-data management; align with the approved requisition.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.\n\nProgramming or scripting experience with Python, Java, or a comparable language for data automation.\n\nExperience with data profiling, transformation, validation, referential integrity, and dataset management.\n\nUnderstanding of test-data lifecycle practices, data masking, synthetic data, and controlled access procedures.\n\nAbility to automate repeatable data workflows and integrate them with testing or CI/CD processes.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication skills.\n\nExperience working in iterative software delivery teams, participating in planning, defect triage, and release validation as appropriate to the assignment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud data platforms, data warehouses, or distributed data processing tools.\n\nFamiliarity with test-data management platforms and automated data-generation utilities.\n\nKnowledge of privacy-by-design principles and regulated data-handling requirements.\n\nRelevant database, data engineering, or cloud certifications.\n\nHow to Apply\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
