We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Workday implementation. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and implementation partners, and ensuring a successful transition to a scalable, standalone HR technology environment.\nThe ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering complex Workday implementations, strong technical and business acumen, and the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving organization.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end Workday implementation, from program planning and solution design through deployment, go-live, and stabilization.\nOwn program scope, timelines, budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery quality.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Enterprise IT, HR, Finance, Security, and external implementation partners.\nOversee integrations with SAP, Okta, Concur, Ashby, and other enterprise platforms.\nDrive critical implementation activities, including data migration, testing, cutover planning, and operational readiness.\nEstablish effective program governance, executive reporting, issue resolution, and escalation processes.\nManage implementation partners, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality.\nSupport change management, business readiness, and a smooth transition from existing shared HR services to a standalone operating model.\nEnsure appropriate documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover to operational support teams.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management, with significant HR technology transformation experience.\nProven track record leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including successful go-lives.\nStrong understanding of Workday architecture, HR processes, enterprise integrations, and data migration.\nExperience managing large-scale technology programs, systems integrators, and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to operate independently, drive decisions, and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with corporate carve-outs, joint ventures, or transitioning from shared services to standalone enterprise systems.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Okta, Concur, and other enterprise HR and Finance platforms.\nWorkday certification, PMP, or equivalent program management credentials.\nExperience supporting global organizations with distributed teams and complex stakeholder environments.\nHow to ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
