You will be responsible for keeping students motivated, ensuring high participation, and adapting activities to suit different age groups and energy levels.\nProvide dedicated homework assistance and small-group tutoring. You will help students understand core concepts, practice study skills, and complete assignments, ensuring that the after-school hours are a productive extension of the classroom,\nMaintain active supervision of students during transitions, snack time, and recreational periods. You will implement positive behavior management strategies to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment, adhering to all program safety protocols and check-out procedures.\nAssist with daily operations, including taking attendance, preparing activity materials, and maintaining a clean environment.
