That means high-quality care, delivered with heart.\n Position Summary\nWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and supporting each client’s unique goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, passionate about helping others, and committed to delivering high-quality care.\nResponsibilities\nProvide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community, as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.\nImplement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.\nCollect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.\nCollaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions.\nOffer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.\nAdhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.\nEngage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).\nReliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.\nPhysical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.\nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications\nCurrent RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).\nPrior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education.\nBilingual abilities (a plus).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.\nInterest in a long-term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA
