Join a collaborative team where your customer service, communication, and multitasking skills will help create a positive experience for every client.\n.\nThis position offers…\nEmployee Assistance Program - 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost\nMileage Reimbursement - Company paid for work functions requiring travel\nEmployee Discounts - Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition\nWorkplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce\nAdditional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more\n.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide courteous, professional assistance to clients by answering incoming calls, assessing needs, and connecting callers with the appropriate staff or services.\nRespond to routine and crisis-related calls with sound judgment, compassion, and appropriate urgency.\nSchedule first-time appointments for Outpatient and Psychiatric Services while maintaining an accurate and efficient appointment system.\nVerify client insurance eligibility and referral sources using designated websites and software systems.\nComplete clerical and administrative tasks, including sending appointment letters and reminders, maintaining files and activity logs, generating reports, and entering information into tracking systems.\nProtect client privacy and confidentiality by consistently following HIPAA requirements.\nCollaborate with team members and complete additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.\n.\nEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nPrevious customer service experience preferred.\n.\nAdditional Qualifications:\nDemonstrated customer service orientation with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong typing and computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with minimal day-to-day instruction, and contribute as a dependable team member.\nFlexibility to support multiple work locations as assigned.\nCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required.\nSuccessful completion of required background screenings, including criminal record, driving record, abuse and neglect, and fingerprint checks.\n.\nPhysical Requirements\nADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, up to one-third of the time, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently, from one-third to two-thirds of the time, to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The position requires repetitive movement of the hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.\nSedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may include walking or standing for brief periods.
