If you have a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to patients and their families, we would like to hear from you!\nBenefits\nPay Scale: $47,000-$51,000 annual salary plus monthly bonus opportunities\nActual Work/Life Balance\nBenefits Package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance\nPaid Time Off\n401k plan with employer match and 100% vesting after 90 days of employment\nA culture with an emphasis on appreciating and valuing the team member\nThe opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing national company, with possible position upgrades\nDetails\n Lead CNA position that requires previous CNA leadership and/or hospice experience\nReceive callouts from CNA field staff and reassign patient visits as needed\nEnsure that the daily schedule of patients is complete and updated in database. Assist with staffing assignments for new admissions and scheduling as needed/directed by supervisor. \nRespond to phone calls from all disciplines, family members and referral sources to assist with concerns or general CNA related questions.
