The ideal applicant will have:\nExperience: Proven experience working with children of a relevant age, specifically those with significant needs and social/communication difficulties.\nQualifications: Completion Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant \n Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the national curriculum, child development, and basic learning strategies (e.g., literacy and numeracy).\nAdaptability: The ability to work constructively within a team while self-evaluating your own learning needs.\nEssential Skills: Good numeracy/literacy skills and the ability to use ICT and other classroom technology effectively to support learning.\nThis is more than a job; it is a chance to provide the \"particular support\" that allows a child with complex needs to succeed.
