You lead with integrity, grow others, and call things as you see them.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field - or equivalent hands-on experience.\n3+ years of experience managing and coaching software engineers in a team environment\n5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience writing production code\nHands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch)\nProficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration\nBackend development experience with .NET or Node.js, and frontend development experience with React and TypeScript\nExperience leading Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint execution and release management\nExperience leading production operations, including incident response and reliability practices\nExperience collaborating with Product stakeholders on roadmap and requirements\nExperience working in a B2B SaaS product environment\nEligible to work in Canada\nYour Tech Toolkit:\nBeyond the qualifications, this is the world you'll be living in.
