Risk reporting (Distribution of template to functions and analyze feedback)\nPrepare FTE reporting\nReconcile/ consolidate local P&L and balance sheet figures into group accounts\nUpload figures to group business consolidation system\nPerform Production report\nSupport the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process - analyze deviations in IC-invoices, evaluate inventory incl. reclassification, cost allocation\nAnalyse financial performance\nActively contribute to forecasting and financial planning\nSupport audit process\nSuggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies\nSupport continuous improvement and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures\nEnsure data is accurate in company systems\nTraining and supporting of less experienced employees\nJob Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or another related discipline\nExperience\nMore than 5 years of experience in Controlling area\nCompetencies\nExperience with simple to complex query handling\nStrong customer service focus and interpersonal skills\nStrong analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills\nWork experience in SAP CO and/or other Controlling & Accounting tools\nMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)\nTaking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and teamwork practices\nFull professional proficiency of written and oral English is required\nFluency in German or French would be considered an
